We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Secretary. This position offers visa sponsorship, accommodation, and a competitive salary. Responsibilities:
1. Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate person
2. Managing the office calendar and scheduling appointments
3. Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
4. Assisting with document preparation, filing, and data entry
5. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
6. Greeting visitors and providing excellent customer service

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Proficiency in MS Office applications
5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
