A real estate company is seeking a Female Receptionist and Admin for a residential building. The ideal candidate will have good experience in administrative tasks and customer service.

Responsibilities:
1. Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
2. Answer and route incoming calls.
3. Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
4. Coordinate schedules and appointments for staff.
5. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
6. Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors.

Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a real estate or property management setting.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Professional appearance and demeanor.
