The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery. This role involves developing and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and budgets, as well as communicating project goals, requirements, and timelines to internal teams and stakeholders. The Project Coordinator will also conduct regular site visits to provide supervision and ensure adherence to project plans, identify and address any issues or delays that may arise during the project lifecycle, and collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project success. Additionally, this role involves preparing regular progress reports and updates for management and clients.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery
– Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets
– Communicate project goals, requirements, and timelines to internal teams and stakeholders
– Conduct regular site visits to provide supervision and ensure adherence to project plans

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field
– Previous experience in project coordination or management within the construction or design industry
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Knowledge of project management software tools is a plus
