We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Branch Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant branch. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and lead a team of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
– Ensure that all operational procedures are followed to maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and customer service
– Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to meet customer demand
– Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
– Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
– Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving branch performance

Requirements:
– Prior experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
