As a Call Center and Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone interactions. Additionally, you will be tasked with promoting and selling our restaurant’s products and services to potential customers.

Responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Provide accurate information about our menu, promotions, and services.
3. Process orders over the phone and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Actively promote and upsell products to increase sales revenue.
5. Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the reputation of the restaurant.

Requirements:
1. Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
