Kitchen Team Leader

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Kitchen Team Leader to oversee the operations of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and excellent leadership skills to lead a team of kitchen staff members.

Responsibilities:
– Supervise and coordinate all activities in the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning
– Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure high-quality standards are met
– Create and maintain a positive working environment that promotes teamwork and efficiency
– Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
